• Stone Grade: D color and VVS1 clarity, the highest grades available on the standard gemological scale.
• Carat Weight: The exact total weight of every stone in your piece, measured and recorded.
• Cut: Hand-finished and polished to maximize sparkle and light return.
• Metal Composition: Solid 14K, 18K, or 22K gold, sterling silver 925, or platinum 950, hallmarked per international convention.
• Unique Certificate Number: Tied to your specific piece. Keep it for warranty, resale, or appraisal reference.
• Lifetime Warranty: Every claim on your certificate is backed by our limited lifetime warranty.

Processing. We ship orders out in 2–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your piece is on the way.

US & Canada. Free shipping, and your order should arrive within a week of placing it. We use reputed couriers, the kind that actually show up on time (think DHL, FEdEx, etc).

Everywhere else. Also free shipping, and we cover all customs and duties so there are no surprise charges when your package shows up. Delivery takes a bit longer depending on where you are, usually a few extra days.

Tracked and insured. Every order is tracked the whole way and fully insured in transit. If something goes wrong between us and you, that's on us to fix.

Changed your mind? You've got 14 days from when your order shows up. Send it back unworn, in its original packaging, and we'll handle the return shipping. Refund hits your account once we've checked the piece in.

Need a different size or metal? Same deal, 14 days, unworn, original packaging. Email us and we'll swap it.

Did something arrive damaged or wrong? That's on us. Email within 7 days with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement, free.
