Where is my order?
Orders dispatch within 2 business days from our workshop. When yours ships, we email you a tracking link. Delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, then write to us with your order number.
How do I return a piece?
Email care@houseofestara.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. The piece should be unworn, in its original packaging, with its certificate. We send a free return label in the US and Canada. Full terms are in our return policy.
Can I resize my ring?
Yes. Every ring gets one free resize within 60 days of delivery. Email us your order number and the size you need, and we'll send you the next steps.
Can you make a custom piece?
Yes. Choose a lab grown diamond or moissanite center and tell us your idea. We send options and a quote within one business day, a 3D design in 2 to 3 business days, and your piece is made, certified and shipped 2 to 3 weeks after you approve it. Start a custom design.
