Shipping policy

This policy explains how we ship, how long it takes, and what we do when something goes wrong. Questions: care@houseofestara.com — we respond within a day.
Processing time
Every House of Estara piece is made to order. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 4–6 business days of order confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your piece ships.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery — United States
We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard: free on every order. Delivery in 8–10 business days after dispatch.
- Express: $15. Delivery in 4–6 business days after dispatch.
Every order is tracked end to end.
Tracked and insured
Every order is fully insured in transit. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, email us and we'll work with the courier to locate it. If it can't be recovered, we'll reship at no cost or refund you in full — your choice.
Damaged or wrong item
If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, that's our mistake to fix. Email care@houseofestara.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost and cover shipping both ways.
Refused or undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or another reason attributable to the customer, we process the order as a return and deduct our actual two-way courier cost from the refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Address changes
Need to change your address after ordering? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually update it before dispatch. Once a package is in transit, changes are limited to what the courier allows.
Shipping outside the US
