Questions, answered

How long does it take?

Each ring is made to order in our own workshop. Orders ship within 2 business days and arrive in 6 to 10 business days, tracked and insured.

What if the size is wrong?

Your first resize within 60 days is free. Not sure of the size? Use our ring size guide.

Which certificate do I get?

Every ring comes with an Estara certificate. Lab grown diamond rings are also IGI certified: an IGI report for the center diamond from 0.5 ct, an IGI jewelry report below that.

Can I see it on a hand first?

Every setting page has on-hand photos and a video. Email care@houseofestara.com with a photo of your hand and we will suggest a size.
