Will moissanite cloud, fade, or lose its sparkle over time?
No. Moissanite's optical properties are permanent. It scores 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, harder than sapphire, ruby, and emerald, and it does not haze or yellow with age. Wear it daily, wash your hands in it, sleep in it. It looks the same in year ten as day one.
Is the gold real, or plated?
Solid, always. Every piece is made in solid 10K, 14K, or 18K gold, 925 sterling silver, or platinum 950, and stamped accordingly. Nothing we sell is plated, so there is no coating to wear off, ever.
What if I order the wrong ring size?
You're covered. One free resize within one US size, within 60 days of delivery, and we pay shipping both ways. If you're between sizes, size up. Our size guide takes two minutes.
When will my order arrive?
Every piece is made to order for you. Orders ship within 4 to 6 business days, then free Standard delivery takes 8 to 10 business days across the US. Need it faster? Express delivers in 4 to 6 business days after dispatch for $15. Every order is tracked and insured.
How do I know the stone is what you say it is?
Every piece ships with its Estara Certificate of Authenticity documenting the stone grade (D colorless, VVS), metal, and the actual delivered carat weight, which always meets or exceeds the stated carat. Everything on the card is backed by our limited lifetime warranty.
