Works for me

I wanted a step up from cubic zirconia but have it be a realistic diamond. 0.5 ct each ear is just right size for me. It's definitely more sparkly than a traditional diamond but I think the smaller size tones that down. The gauge size is larger than what I'm used to so it is a little uncomfortable from that perspective. I like the screw back but will take some getting used to. Overall, I think it's a bit overpriced but it fits my need so I'm satisfied.

Will moissanite cloud, fade, or lose its sparkle over time?

No. Moissanite's optical properties are permanent. It scores 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, harder than sapphire, ruby, and emerald, and it does not haze or yellow with age. Wear it daily, wash your hands in it, sleep in it. It looks the same in year ten as day one.

Is the gold real, or plated?

Our gold is solid 10K, 14K or 18K, stamped for purity, and our platinum is 950. Some pieces also come in 925 sterling silver or gold vermeil. Solid gold, platinum and sterling silver pieces are never plated. Gold vermeil is gold plated over sterling silver. The Material option on each product page names the exact metal, and your Estara certificate records it, so you always know which one you're buying.

What if I order the wrong ring size?

You're covered. One free resize within one US size, within 60 days of delivery, and we pay shipping both ways. Full eternity bands can't be resized, so for those we remake the ring in your size once, free, instead. If you're between sizes, size up. Our size guide takes two minutes.

When will my order arrive?

Orders dispatch within 2 business days, and delivery takes 6 to 10 business days after dispatch. Every US and Canadian order ships free and fully insured, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your piece is on its way. Made-to-order custom pieces follow their own timeline, which we confirm with you before production starts.

How do I know the stone is what you say it is?

Every piece ships with its Estara Certificate of Authenticity documenting the stone grade (D colorless, VVS), metal, and the actual delivered carat weight, which always meets or exceeds the stated carat. Everything on the card is backed by our limited lifetime warranty.
