- Carat weight: the actual delivered weight of every stone in your piece, measured and recorded. Never less than the stated carat.
- Cut: the stone's cut and shape, as set in your piece.
- Metal: 925 Sterling Silver, solid 10K, 14K, or 18K Gold, or Platinum 950. Stamped accordingly.
- Certificate number: unique to your piece. Keep it for warranty claims and provenance.

Shipping. Every piece is made to order and ships within 4 to 6 business days. US shipping only, for now. Standard is free on every order, 8 to 10 business days after dispatch. Express is $15, 4 to 6 business days after dispatch. Every order is tracked and insured in transit.
14-day returns. Not right? You have 14 days from delivery for a full refund. We send a prepaid label, so return shipping is free. Discount-code purchases are returnable like any other.
Free resize. One free resize within one US size, within 60 days of delivery. We cover shipping both ways.
Limited lifetime warranty. Manufacturing defects are on us for the lifetime of the piece: repair or replacement, free, shipping included. Damage from impact, chemicals, or third-party alterations isn't covered. Solid gold, silver, or platinum only, never plated, so there's no plating to wear off.

What's in the box. Your pair arrives in a House of Estara jewelry box, tucked inside protective outer packaging. Inside you'll also find a soft travel pouch, a polishing cloth, a care card, and your Certificate of Authenticity.
Caring for your pair. Moissanite is one of the hardest stones in the world and holds up to daily wear. Still, keep it away from harsh chemicals, perfume, and hairspray. Put earrings on last when getting ready, wipe them down with the polishing cloth after wear, and store them in the box so they don't scratch against other pieces.
Secure backs. Check that the backs are seated firmly before wear, especially after cleaning. If a back ever loosens or goes missing, email us and we'll send a replacement.

No. Moissanite's optical properties are permanent. It scores 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, harder than sapphire, ruby, and emerald, and it does not haze or yellow with age. Wear it daily, wash your hands in it, sleep in it. It looks the same in year ten as day one.
Is the gold real, or plated?
