Unboxing Share Offer: Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the House of Estara Unboxing Share Offer (the "Offer"), operated by Grandoria eSales LLC, 15442 Ventura Blvd., Ste 201-888, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403 ("House of Estara," "we," "us"). By participating, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can participate

The Offer is open to customers who have placed and received an order from House of Estara, are at least 18 years old, and reside in the United States. One reward per order unless we state otherwise in writing.

2. What you receive

Qualifying participants receive up to $100 in Estara store credit, added to your customer wallet for use on future purchases. The exact amount is determined by us at our discretion. Factors we consider include:

• The reach of your account, including your follower count.
• Whether you post on both Instagram and TikTok, or only one.
• Whether you keep the post live for the full 30 days.
• The engagement your post receives.
• The technical quality of the video, meaning clarity, framing, and how well it shows the piece. This is about the craft of the video, not whether your opinion is positive or negative.

These are guides, not a fixed formula. The final amount is determined by our team. Store credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire as noted at the time it is issued.

3. How to qualify

To qualify, you must:

• Post a video to a public Instagram or TikTok account showing your House of Estara piece or your unboxing of it.
• Keep the video at least 8 seconds long and of reasonable visual quality.
• Tag @houseof.estara on Instagram or @houseofestara on TikTok.
• Clearly disclose that you received the piece from House of Estara as a purchase and that you are participating in a rewarded sharing program. A simple, visible statement such as "from House of Estara" together with a tag, or a standard disclosure such as #ad, satisfies this requirement.
• Keep the post live for at least 30 days.

4. Your honest opinion

The reward is for sharing your experience, not for praising us. You are free to share your honest views, positive or negative. The credit applies whether your post is favorable or critical. We will never ask you to remove, edit, or alter the substance of an honest opinion as a condition of receiving the reward.

5. How to claim

After posting, email your order ID and your Instagram or TikTok handle to care@houseofestara.com. We will verify the post against these terms. Allow up to 3 business days for review. If your submission qualifies, we will add the credit to your wallet and confirm by email.

6. When your credit becomes usable

Once approved, your credit is added to your wallet right away so you can see it. It becomes available to spend 30 days after your post goes live, provided the post stays public for that full period. If the post is removed or made private before 30 days have passed, the credit will not unlock. This is how we honor the requirement to keep your post live, without asking you to wait to receive the credit at all.

7. Content and permissions

By submitting, you confirm the content is yours and does not infringe anyone's rights, and you grant House of Estara a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reshare your post on our own channels with credit to your handle. You can ask us to stop resharing at any time by emailing care@houseofestara.com.

8. Platform disclaimer

This Offer is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform. You are responsible for following each platform's own rules.

9. General

We may change, pause, or end this Offer at any time. We may decline submissions that are fraudulent, off-brand in a way that is unlawful, or that do not meet these terms.
